Master 1® Kapitan Curry Paste is richer, drier, thicker than the usual chicken curry, it has a distinctly Nyonya flavoured of spices & herbs such as galangal, turmeric,
lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
Cooking Method :
1. Saute 1 packet of Master 1 Kapitan Curry paste with 600gm chicken briefly Stir in 200ml water bring to a boil, add in 150ml coconut milk/fresh milk as one preferred.
2. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and gravy has reduced and thickened. (Add 4-5 kaffir lime leaves and simmer for a minute or 2 to release its aroma)
Note: For beef/mutton, please parboil the meat until tender before following the cooking method as stated above.
