Master 1 Authentic Assam Curry Paste (150g)
Cook 600gm seafood, or other ingredients.

Dishes: Eggplant with mince, assam chicken, fish head curry.
1) Sauté 1 packet Master 1 - Authentic Assam Curry Paste over a low heat, add in 400ml water and bring to a boil.
2) Add 80gm vegetable of choice and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
3) Add 500gm fish/seafood and continue to simmer until fish is cooked and vegetables are to preferred doneness.
Note: For curry fish, follow the cooking steps above with 250ml water and 150ml coconut milk/ fresh milk.
