Master 1 Spiced Curry Paste (150g)
Cook 600gm chicken, meat, or other ingredients.
Serving Size: 4-5 servings

Can stir-fry, cook, fry, pan-fry and so on.
Dishes: vegetable curry, fish head curry, potatoes curry chicken, curry laksa, braised meat curry.
Cooking Method:
1. Cut 600gm red meat such as beef and mutton into cubes, parboiled in water, drained and set aside.
2. Sauté 1 packet of Master 1 - Spiced Curry Paste with parboiled red meat such as mutton and beef briefly
3. Stir in 300ml water and bring to a boil, add in 200 ml coconut milk/ fresh milk. Simmer over a low heat until red meat is tender and gravy has reduced and thickened.
