This is not a melt-in-your-mouth cookie. It is a disintegrating cookie. Made using grounded purple sweet potato powder (tested: rehydrates back into purple sweet potato mash). Does not contain preservatives, artificial coloring or flavoring. As such, the flavor will be mild but distinct, and develops after a few more bites. Please bear in mind: Purple sweet potato does not taste like the regular sweet potatoes.

Please note that cookies are fragile. Store 21 days from day of delivery or two months if refrigerated.
