This is not a melt-in-your-mouth cookie. it is a disintegrating cookie. Made using real lemon juice and rind, as such the taste for each batch of cookies may vary slightly depending on the lemons available. Does not contain preservatives, artificial coloring or flavoring. Tangy lemon.
