****Ready Ginseng Soup 老医师花旗参汤****

1-3 person per pack (20G)

3 step in cook:
1) Clean the herbal with water to remove the herbal powder
2) Wash and boil the chicken or bak kut about 5 minutes and remove out from pot
3) Pour 1500-2000ml of water, soup-packed ingredients and meat into the pot. Ready to serve from boiled for 1hour with max level heating. You may use slow cooker to boil at least 5hours, add icing sugar & salt to increase the taste of the soup. Royal chef—–is you.

 

烹饪3步骤:
1)清水清洗汤包里的食材,去除药膳粉末
2)清洗鸡肉或bak kut,把肉放进清水煮沸大概5分钟后再取出
3)把1500-2000ml的水量,汤包食材和肉一起倒入锅里,大火一个小时就可以享用了。如果要更加入味熬成老火上汤,当然是用慢锅炖上5个小时以上,御品厨师-非你莫属。当然可以加入冰糖和少许盐作于调味。

****Cordyceps Flower Soup 虫草花汤****

Cook Instruction:

  1. Rinse and drain all the dried herbs to remove dust and dirt.
  2. Place all ingredients in a soup pot (3 liter water) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and fully cooked. Remove from heat and serve warm.
  3. Appended may add salt or lump sugar for greater the taste.

Function: Improve immune system, tonifies the torso and improve Qi, nourishes liver and kidney.

Shelf life: 1-2 months, up to 6 months keep in fridge.

***Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated if do not use immediately or once packet is opened.***
